The aluminum foil surface does exactly what it says—dash stays cool even after sitting in the sun all day, and it takes seconds to fold up and toss behind the seat. Only wish it came with a storage pouch, but it's slim enough to slide under the seat anyway.

Finally, a sunshade that actually fits my Gladiator’s windshield perfectly—the aluminum foil material really keeps the cabin noticeably cooler even after sitting in direct sun for hours. No more burning my hands on the steering wheel.

I’ve been using this sunshade for a few weeks now, and the aluminum foil really keeps the cabin noticeably cooler even after sitting in direct sun for hours. It fits my JLU perfectly with no sagging or gaps. Definitely worth the money for the heat reduction alone.
