Hazel ★★★★★

Even though I was annoyed about the original delivery hiccup, the reshipping process itself was smooth and the fee felt totally fair for the repackaging work involved. My item arrived safely the second time, which is all I really cared about.

Amelia L. ★★★★★

I was worried about paying extra for a re-ship, but the fee was clearly itemized and the repackaging ensured everything arrived safely this time. It definitely saved me from having to place a whole new order.

Sophia Q. ★★★★★

The repackaging was handled carefully, and the item arrived in perfect condition this time. Definitely worth paying the fee for the peace of mind on the second delivery.
